Design Concept
Aequorin is one of the outstanding townhouses in our Miaoli County Series. To break free from the old traditional way of advertising and branding real estate and reflect on Accvirtue Construction's caring for the environment, we conceptualize the idea of using terms from biology to name our houses and community. The name Aequorin comes from the chemical in jellyfish that makes them glow. We use it as a metaphor that the sunlight will shine through all corners of our Aequorin houses. Just like the houses illumine themselves.

VI Design

White and turquoise on the dark blue gradient background to create the illuminating visual effect.

Transform the name into a jellyfish and wave like design for a distinct look.

Add a modern and young look for the whole visual design with the english typeface.

Booklet Design

To better convey our aspiration and idea for the Aequorin townhouse, we design a booklet for our customers. Design around our inspiration, jellyfish, we stamp transparent film on the cover and inside pages and design all the inside pages with different shapes. We used dark-gold and dark blue duotone in the endpapers to add a more sophisticated feeling to the booklet. We also make use of tracing paper for our customers to interact with the booklet.

Let's work together :)
